About the Company

We are looking for upcoming assignments for those who want to work as property managers, property caretakers, rental agents, or similar roles. Our clients are located throughout the Gothenburg area, and you can be employed directly by our client or as a consultant with us.

Job Description

Your tasks vary depending on the role. As a property manager, you are responsible for managing and developing properties, ensuring that functions work, and that the residences are rented out. The work may also include some financial responsibility. Other tasks may involve handling maintenance requests, conducting inspections, and making decisions about subletting. The position also includes ongoing administration.

As a rental agent, you work both administratively and with customer contact related to the rental of primarily apartments, but it can also involve other types of premises. You manage rental agreements, ensure that the order of priority is followed, etc.

As a property caretaker, you are responsible for the maintenance of buildings and apartments/premises. This may include maintaining the exterior of the property as well as repairs in apartments. You need to provide good service to the tenants.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with education and/or previous work experience in the role of property manager, property caretaker, rental agent, or similar. You have good knowledge in your field.

We see that you have very good knowledge of Swedish. A driver's license (B) is an advantage. You are used to having many points of contact both internally and with tenants. You have good administrative skills, especially if you want to work as a property manager or rental agent.
